High-End Auctions, LLC Prohibited Items

HIGH-END AUCTIONS, LLC only accepts for sale items set forth in the categories listed in Section A on this Web site.

In addition, you must be careful not to violate international trading and/or import/export restrictions. It is your responsibility to make inquiries of the appropriate governing agencies about such restrictions.

If you wish to list something that is not covered under an existing category, please contact High-End Auctions, LLC so that we can suggest and/or create a category for your particular needs.

It is also important to observe local, state, and federal laws with regard to items you list for sale. For example, if the serial number on an item has been changed or removed or there is any question about whether the item has been stolen, do not list it.

In addition, the following items are prohibited:

• 7. Human Parts and Remains
• 8. Medical Devices
• 9. Prescription Drugs

• 11. Pornography

This is just a partial listing of prohibited items. If you are not sure about a particular item, please contact us before making a listing.

HIGH-END AUCTIONS, LLC reserves the right to cancel any listings that violate local, state, and federal laws or may be construed to be indecent, obscene, or contrary to public policy.
